At SaheliWear, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be unwashed and unworn

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or altered products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at wearsaheli@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will review and approve your request

  3. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • Customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/video proof for quick resolution
